The Chairman:      Engr Abraham Opaluwa is a COREN certified Structural Engineer with first and second degrees in his field. With more than 15 years proven track record in real estate. He is the MD of Daystar Shelter Ltd a housing construction company. He is based in Lekki with his wife and 3 children.
